IIT BHU MTech admissions 2025 last date for registration extended to April 9
The Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) has extended the IIT BHU MTech Registration Deadline 2025 to April 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Candidates interested in IIT BHU MTech Admission 2025 are advised to complete their applications by visiting the official portal “pgadmission.iitbhu.ac.in”.
IIT BHU MTech Application Process
Step 1: Visit the official admission portal and register using a valid email ID.
Step 2: Login and fill out the application form, ensuring that all information entered is accurate.
Step 3: Upload the necessary documents, including a recent passport-size photograph and your signature.
Step 4: Pay the application fee online of INR 500 for General and OBC-NCL candidates, and INR 250 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Step 5: Review your application thoroughly and submit it before the deadline.
IIT BHU MTech Eligibility Criteria
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (or an equivalent qualification) with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale is required.
- Candidates must also have a valid GATE 2025 score to be eligible for admission.
IIT BHU MTech Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE scores. Those shortlisted may be invited for a written test and/or interview during the period from April 28 to May 4, 2025. Final admission offers will be made through the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) 2025.
