According to the revised schedule, candidates now have until September 20 to submit their CAT 2023 applications. Candidates can register at the official CAT 2023 website, iimcat.ac.in, till 5 p.m. on September 20. The institute has made it clear that there will be no more extensions to this deadline and has advised students to register as soon as possible to avoid the last-minute rush.
Prior to this candidates had time upto 5 pm until September 13. For candidates in the SC, ST, and PwD categories, the registration cost is Rs. 1200; for applicants in all other categories, it is Rs. 2,400. Even if an applicant applies to several universities, just one non-refundable fee needs to be paid. Everything else on the agenda stays the same. The exam will be scheduled on November 26 in three sessions, and the admission cards will be made accessible starting on October 25 at 5 p.m. The second week of January 2024 is probably when the CAT 2023 results will be made public.
