GATE 2024 Registration Deadline Extended to October 5th, check details here

The Indian Institute of Science Bangalore (IISc) has granted aspiring candidates a lifeline by extending the deadline for registration for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) to October 5th. Initially set for September 29th, the deadline for regular applications was extended due to the overwhelming response, with more than 137,000 applications flooding in by the initial cutoff.

Aspiring candidates interested in postgraduate and direct doctoral programs in IITs and IISc, as well as those eyeing recruitment in various PSUs, should take note of this opportunity. GATE 2024, spanning 30 test papers across engineering, science, architecture, and humanities, is scheduled for February 3, 4, 10, and 11.

To register, applicants must visit the official website. The fees are Rs. 900 for reserved category and female candidates (regular fee), and Rs. 1,400 with a late payment. For all other categories, the regular fee is Rs. 1,800, which increases to Rs. 2,300 with a late fee.
